Oasi Galbusera Bianca - Relais Bio di Charme

We celebrated our wedding in August 2023. The venue is fantastic, with several locations that one can freely choose, food is very nice and they readily accomodate special food requirements. They offer rooms that they keep open for the wedding guests, if needed. The staff was very helpful even for unusual requirements: handling the dog during ceremony, borrowing umbrellas (it was a rainy wedding) and helping out with really any need that came up. Additionally, they are very flexible in terms of planning, we changed our mind during the process more than once, and on our wedding day the weather was unstable: they were supporting in changing location within the Oasi even with very short notice. These are just a few of the truly positive experiences, apart of the surroundings: the location is very well maintained with attention to details and of course the nature itself offers a beautiful scenery.

Amazing place, welcoming staff, and beautiful location.... We could not be happier! The location is spectacularly beautiful and the rooms are really special...each with its own design and feel. The owner takes tremendous pride in his operation and made us feel so welcome. It was definitely worth going off the beaten path. I wish we could have stayed longer and we will definitely be back.

We rented a 2-bedroom apartment for two nights. The staff only spoke Italian, so I couldn't communicate properly with them while there, so I gathered our complaints and I sent them an email in Italian, but haven't gotten any response. I wrote to booking to settle on some compensation, but the property refuses to do anything. 1. On booking it is stated that there is air-conditioning in the rooms, but there isn’t. I canceled my booking in another hotel and booked this hotel for twice the price because of air-conditioning. We’re sensitive to sounds and close the window at night. One we had to open the windows because there wasn’t air-conditioning, but there were noises from the street so we barely had any sleep. 2. Wi-Fi is worked occasionally and disconnected all the time. It took us over 20 minutes to connect one night. Especially frustrating because there’s no cellular service in the area at all. 3. There was a strong unpleasant smell on the first floor of our apartment. Possibly cleaning products, but it’s very strong. 4. The refrigerator barely working, leaked from the freezer and smelled of rotten food 5. The apartment wasn’t cleaned during our stay. It said “daily cleaning” on my booking. 6. There was no net on the window in the kids’ room. No air-conditioner and I couldn't open the windows because of the mosquitoes. 7. The toilet flush didn't stop the water. It took multiple attempts to stop the water from flowing. 8. There was almost nothing left to eat for breakfast at 10:10 in the morning. 9. The location of the hotel is quite remote. The narrow gravel road that leads to the hotel will take you more than 10 minutes - bear that in mind since you'd have to add that extra time to any travel. 9. The hotel is beautiful and in a beautiful place, the staff is very welcoming and nice but the things above made us feel unwelcome here.

I have found this place to be incredibly stunning. The view is spectacular, it’s like a giver of life and breath of fresh air. The rooms are different from anything I have ever been to. Nice staff as well and serene and great. I came here with a group of amazing changemakers from all over the world for the ChangemakerXchange summit and this was such a rejuvenating place to be at. The rooms are cleaned daily too.

This place is advertised as a quiet stay but it is very noisy. There was a wedding in the hall when we arrived at 19h, we had to have dinner while listening to very loud and unpleasant music because of the wedding. We complained about it and the staff said that they said that music would stop at 20h. However, the party continued elsewhere until 5 am and we could not sleep at all. When we complained the next morning, they did not even apologize. Do not stay there if you are looking for a quiet place and friendly staff
